Provides clerical support by assisting the general public and directing telephone calls to the appropriate person. Maintains organization in front office and provides administrative support as needed.
Qualifications include exceptional organizational skills; ability to retain and follow detailed instructions; 10-key by touch calculator skills; be a team player; ability to learn and comprehend established office routines and policies from oral and written instructions; understanding of ethics-confidentiality issues.
High School Diploma/GED; Clerical Skills test and Calculator test are required.
SALARY: $11.00 hourly (29 Hours/week)
