Assist taxpayers at the counter, collecting payments, and making change. Process incoming mail and provide clerical support to auato and property staff.
Qualifications include exceptional organizational skills; ability to retain and follow detailed instructions; 10-key by touch calculator skills; be a team player; ability to learn and comprehend established office routines and policies from oral and written instructions; understanding of ethics-confidentiality issues; ability to climb ladder and occasional lifting of objects up to 50 pounds.
High School Diploma/GED; Clerical skills and Calculator test is required.
SALARY: Part-Time, $11.00 per hour, up to 29 hours per week
