JOB SUMMARY:
Assists in all aspects of law enforcement as needed by the Fort Bend County Sheriff. Patrols assigned area, answers calls for service, investigates criminal activity, submits reports and makes arrests. Serves criminal warrants and enforces the law within the State of Texas.
High School Diploma/GED; TCOLE peace officer license. Prior law enforcement experience or significant other experience and education. Strong verbal communication skills; the ability to interact effectively with the public. Valid Texas driver license and firearms proficiency.
SALARY RANGE: Volunteer - No Salary
