JOB SUMMARY:
The Fort Bend County District Attorney’s Office is seeking a Certified Digital Forensics Examiner to helm the District Attorney’s Digital Forensics Lab affiliated with the United States Secret Service Electronic Crimes Task Force (ECTF). This new position will serve as the digital evidence expert and will provide analysis of evidence to strengthen investigations and prosecutions. Participates in planning of programs, policies or objectives for own work group and department.
The Fort Bend County District Attorney's Office leads over 20 state and local law enforcement agencies to prosecute criminal activity in Fort Bend County and possesses one of only two labs in the county. Duties of the Examiner will include, but not be limited to:
SALARY RANGE: Starting salary range begins at $76,814+ annually, based on qualifications and experience, with a great benefits package. Offers subject to an application/interview process, background check, and drug test. Not all applicants will be interviewed.
